¶1Grievance of the petitioner is that her mutation application is pending since 12.12.2018 and despite the fact that all the formalities have been completed, the competent authority has not passed any order.

¶2Counsel for respondent No.2-Development Authority submits that let the petitioner file a fresh application after completing all the formalities. In case, such an application is filed, the same would be considered afresh and order would be passed within a month.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move a fresh mutation application andrespondent No. 2, in turn, is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order within a month from the date of filing of such application, in accordance with law.
