¶1Sri Satya Niwas Prasad, learned counsel for petitioner, is not able to dispute that petitioner has rushed to this Court without even approaching the concerned authority for the prayer sought, i.e., to maintain status quo since matter is pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation.

¶2At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach concerned authority for redressal of her grievance.
