¶1Heard Shri Abhisek Kumar Chaubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned show cause notice dated 25.05.2023 issued by the District Magistrate, Sonebhadra under Section3(1) of the U.P. Control of Gunda Act, 1970.

¶3Admittedly, the petitioner has also submitted his reply to the impugned show cause notice wherein certain details have also been given.

¶4As the petitioner has also submitted his reply to the impugned show cause notice, therefore, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter. The authorities concerned are at liberty to pass appropriate orders on the reply submitted by the petitioner to the impugned show cause notice, on its own merits in accordance with law.
