¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and Sri Amar Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court for early decision of Complaint Case No. 27580 of 2020 (Lalit Kumar Pathak Vs. Naveen Nirav Pandey), under Section-138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Sigra, District-Varanasi, pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Fast Track Court No. 1, Varanasi.

¶3Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2020. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
