¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to implement the order dated 27.07.2018 passed by predecessor i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Karvi, Chitrakoot i.e. respondent no.3 as well as order dated 31.07.2021 passed by the respondent no.2 and to demonstrate the boundaries of Gata o.631 area 0.251 Hectare, Gata No.632 area 0.314 Hectare, Gata No.639 area 0.240 Hectare, Gata o.640 area 0.219 Hectare, Gata No69 area 0.512 Hectare, Gata No.641 area

0.679 Hectare, Gata No.643 area 0.282 Hectare, Gata No.644 area 0.84 Hectare & Gata No.664/1 area 0.251 Hectare, situated in Bargadaha Purwa, Majra, Bihara, Tehsil Karvi, District Chitrakoot, in pursuance of the field book and report dated 09.07.2018, submitted by the Revenue Inspector. ii. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3 to take appropriate steps with regard fixing the stones on the boundaries of the aforesaid lands in pursuance of the order dated 27.07.2018 & 31.07.2021, passed by respondent no.2 & 3."

¶3Instructions have been filed by the learned Standing Counsel, which are taken on record and it has been stated by learned Standing Counsel that the patthargadi has already been done and over the memo petitioner has put his signature.

¶4In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed.
