¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with a prayer to expedite the complaint case no. 8062 of 2020, Satywati Chouhan Vs. Mypts Life Solution Private Limited companay's and others, u/s 138 N.I. Act P.S. Sector 39 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar pending in the court of C.J.M, Gautam Budh Nagar, within stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is the complainant in the instant case and has filed a complaint, under Section 138 of N.I. Act on 9.6.2020, on the basis of which, the instant case has been instituted, however, despite lapse of about three and half years, the said proceeding has not yet been concluded and has been lingering on, on one pretext or the other.

¶4In view of the provision contained in Section 143(3) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, learned court below is expected to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
