¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District, Allahabad to expeditiously decide Complaint Case No. 773 of 2022 (Dharmraj Singh Vs. H.D.F.C. Bank Limited and others), filed under Section 35 of Consumer Forum Protection Act, 2019 pending in the court of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District,Allahabad.

¶2The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District, Allahabad is directed to make all endeavours to expeditiously decide the aforesaid case, if still pending, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.

¶3It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion either on the merits of the case raised by the petitioner or on the maintainability of the case before the Forum which shall be decided by the Forum.
