¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(a). To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus not to interfere the peaceful possession of the petitioner gata no.621m by the Respondent no.3."

¶3From the perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is clear that the applications were moved by certain persons on which proceedings were initiated against the petitioner by the respondent No.3.

¶4No such relief as claimed in the petition, can be granted to the petitioner that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Azamgarh be restrained from entertaining such applications or initiating the proceedings.
