Order on writ petition Perused the order dated 12.10.2023, which records compliance with the interim mandamus issued in this case on 14.09.2023. Today, when the case is called on, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed, as the office report dated 01.11.2023 shows. It appears that the petitioner has received all his post retiral benefits in the terms recorded in the order dated 12.10.2023. Ms. Shivangi Nanda, learned Counsel holding brief of Mr. Pranav Mishra, learned Counsel appears on behalf of the Jal Nigam. She states that all the post retiral benefits due to the petitioner have been paid to him. In view of these facts, no further orders are required to be made on this writ petition.
