¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Execution Case No.67 of 2022 (Nazneen Begum and another vs.Mohd.Wahid), under Section 128 Cr.P.C.,Police Station-Kareilly, District-Prayagraj.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants who are complainant initiated proceeding under section 125 Cr.P.C. against the opposite party no.2 and section 125 Cr.P.C. application of the applicants was decided on 28.07.2022. Thereafter, applicants moved under section 128 Cr.P.C. application for execution of the order dated 28.07.2022, which is pending since 05.09.2022 and applicants have not paid a single penny to opposite party no.2.

¶4Considered the argument raised by learned counsel for the applicants and perused the record. This application is finally disposed of directing the executing court to expedite and execute the order passed on 28.07.2022 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
