¶1Heard Shri R.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 24.10.2020, registered at Case Crime No.309 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charge-sheet in the present case has been filed, and the present petition has become infructuous.
