¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3/ Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Sadar, District-Ballia to decide the Case 2424/2017 Computer Case No. T201715959032424 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Shobhan) under Section 67 U.P. Revenue Act-2006, within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties pending before him in the interest of justice."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is not a party in the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the writ petition at his behest is not maintainable.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
