¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the Special Trial No.130 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No.59 of 2013, under Sections 498-A, 306 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge SC/ST Act, Fatehpur, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the complaint as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of eight months expeditiously fixing short dates in the matter if there is no other legal impediment.
