The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding payment of the insured amount on a life insurance policy purchased by her husband in 2011. The husband of the petitioner died in 2016. It has been stated in the petition that in this regard, the petitioner has made several representations to the Branch Manager, Branch Office II, Life Insurance Corporation of India, District Firozabad. The petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Branch Manager, Branch Office II, Life Insurance Corporation of India, District Firozabad, i.e., respondent no.3 within one month from today along with a certified copy of this order bringing the aforesaid facts to the notice of Branch Manager who shall decide the aforesaid representation by a reasoned order within one month from the date of filing of the said representation. In case, the petitioner is found to be entitled to any amount, the same shall be disbursed to the petitioner within 15 days from the date of the decision of the Branch Manager.
