This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 24.07.2023 and 07.08.2023 passed by respondent no.2; the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar and a further prayer to direct the respondent no.2 to permit the petitioner to lead evidence of the witnesses and a further prayer to direct the respondent no.2 to decide preliminary objection raised by application dated 18.08.2020. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
