This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 22.05.2023 passed by respondent no.2 in Computerized Case no.D201913740000496, under Section 72/73 of the Registration Act, 1908 as well as order dated 30.03.2019 passed by respondent no.3 in Deep Case No.01/2019, under Section 36 of the Registration Act, 1908. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition to avail the appropriate remedy as available under law.
