¶1This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 496 of 2023 under Sections 342, 376, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 (2) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj.

¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents has pointed out that the charge-sheet no. 571 of 2023 has been filed on 15.09.2023 in the present case and the petitioner has also been arrested on

22.09.2023 and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
