¶1This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned FIR dated 13.04.2023, registered as Case Crime No.41 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangseter and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Adampur, District Varanasi.

¶2For last few days notice is being placed on the noticeboard that all passed-over matters shall be taken up in first call. 2.

¶3Case called out.

¶4A prayer for adjournment is being made on behalf of Shri Pratik J. Nagar, learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he is ill.

¶5We find that on 05.10.2023 time to file supplementary affidavit explaining the criminal history of the petitioner was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter the matter is continue on the list of fresh cases as a passed-over matter but no one is coming forward to argue the matter.

¶6Accordingly, prayer for adjournment is refused.
