¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

¶2The basic relief sought by the applicant in the present application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. is to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Special Case No. 1697 of 2019 (State of U.P. Versus Lokendra Pal), under Sections 354, 323, 452, 504, 506 I.PC. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Mauraipur, District Jhansi, arising out of Case Crime No. 295 of 2019 expeditiously.

¶3In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case/suit strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, unless there is of legal impediment.
