¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 21.11.2020 as well as entire proceedings of Session Trial No. 1242 of 2021 (State vs. Suhail and Others), under Sections 452, 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Charthawal, District Muzaffarnagar, pending in the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application for the reliefs prayed for and requested that a direction may be issued to trial Court to decide the aforesaid case at the earliest for which learned AGA has no objection.

¶4Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2021. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
