¶1Present petition has been filed seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to conduct fair and proper investigation pursuant to impugned FIR dated 23.01.2023, registered as Case Crime No.15 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, Police Station Lodha, District Aligarh.

¶2For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed-over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶3Case called out. No one is present to press this petition.
