¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Case No.2417 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No.52 of 2021 (State vs. Sushant and others), under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/F.T.C., Gautam Budh Nagar.

¶3Learned AGA pointed out that from perusal of the order-sheet dated 02.02.2023, it is apparent that proceeding of the case is stayed by Hon'ble High Court. Prayer of the applicant to expedite the trial cannot be considered at this stage.
