¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

¶2The applicant has preferred present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-I, Mathura to dispose of S.T. No.1541 of 2020 (State Vs. Viresh & others) arising out of Case Crime No.194 of 2020, under Section 364, 201, 302 & 34 IPC, P.S. Farah, Mathura.

¶3In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite parties to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite parties feels aggrieved by the order their right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid session trial strictly in accordance with law expeditiously unless there is no legal impediment.
