¶1Ms. Aradhana Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manish Joshi, learned counsel for the first informant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents are present.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 17.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 0171 of 2023 under Section 376 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Moradabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has rendered infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous.
