¶1Heard Sri Girish Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing counsel for State respondents and Sri Akash Chandra Maurya, holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of mandamus in favour of respondents directing them to install water over plot no. 15 area 0.3160 hectare situated at village Shahpur Nevada, Post-Kolhuwa, Tehsil-Badalapur, District-Jaunpur which is recorded as Navin Parti in revenue records after making proper demarcation from Sihadda provided under Rule 22 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016.

¶3At the very outset, learned Standing counsel came up with specific instructions which is taken on record through which it transpired that proper demarcation as per rules has been carried out by the revenue authorities over the plot no. 15 area 0.3160 hectare and thereafter construction of water tank is being done which is not affecting the plot pertaining to petitioner in any manner and as such no cause of action arises in favour of petitioner to pursue the instant petition.
