¶1Heard Sri Neeraj Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 03.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 132 of 2023, under Section 306 IPC and 67 of Information Technology Act, P.S. Pawara, District Jaunpur, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law.
