¶1This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "Stay the proceeding of Divorce Petition No.519 of 2021 (Shrishma Tiwari Vs. Prashant Mishra) filed under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act till the disposal of Criminal Case No.3706 of 2021, under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 354 IPC and 3/4 D.P.Act ( State Vs. Prashant) pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur registered arising out of the Case Crime No.0004 of 2021, under section 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 354 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, at Mahila Thana Sultanpur."

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press this petition.
