¶1Heard Mr. Ratnesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Mr. Himanshu Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Mrs. Kirtika Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

¶2At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the impugned order is appealable.

¶3In view of the above, interference is declined.

¶4This petition is disposed of with a direction, in case the petitioners file their statutory appeal within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order, the same may be entertained on merits without raising any objection to the limitation.
