¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2The applicant has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. beseeching the expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.2567 of 2023 (old Case Crime No.14296 of 2021) (State Vs. Amit Singh) arising out of case Crime No.04 of 2021, under Section 380, 411 I.P.C. Police Station G.R.P. Mau, District Mau, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau.

¶3It is submitted that in the aforesaid matter cognizance has been taken on 24.09.2021. On 02.05.2023 one of the accused has granted bail, however, the another accused is not appearing. It is further submitted that no fruitful steps has been taken by the court concerned to get the matter decided early.

¶4In Conspectus as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep the instant application pending, therefore, this court deems it appropriate to finally decide the instant application finally with the direction to the court concerned, before whom the aforesaid case is pending consideration, to decide the same expeditiously as early as possible, in accordance with law and make all endeavour to ensure the presence of the accused by taking an stringent action so that trial could be expedited.
