Judgment

Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 18385 of 2023 Petitioner :- Neel Kamal Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Devendra Kumar Misra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28th July, 2022, whereby he has been asked to give the charge of Ziledar-I. Learned Standing Counsel submits that neither the order asking the petitioner to hand over the charge has been challenged nor, the petitioner has stated anywhere that he has not handed over the charge till date. It is also argued that petitioner is holding the post of Seenchpal against which he has a lien and, therefore he may not have any right to retain the charge of Ziledar-I. Upon pointed query being made to learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether any junior persons to the petitioner has handed over the charge of Ziledar, he could not show anything from the pleadings that he has in any such manner has been victim of discrimination. In the circumstances, therefore, I decline to entertain this petition. Petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 2.11.2023 Atmesh High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
