¶1Heard Sri Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the respondents and have perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed with a prayer to remove history sheet of the petitioner bearing H.S. No. 01/A with P.S. Nagina, District Bijnor and commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to take decision over the application of the petitioner dated 19.07.2023.

¶3At the very outset, learned AGA appearing for the State-Respondents submits that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy for redressal of his grievance by filing a representation before the respondent no.3 -Superintendent of Police, Bijnor, District Bijnor.

¶4In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no. 3-Superintendent of Police, Bijnor, District Bijnor along with certified copy of this order, which shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 3 on its own merit, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
