¶1Heard Sri Shiv Bahadur Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Learned A.G.A. submits that the corpus Smt. Aarjooo Kayant along with her minor son Sifan Husain is presently staying with her parents-respondents no.4 and 5 because of some domestic dispute with her husband.

¶3In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press this petition.
