¶1Short counter affidavit filed today annexing final report is taken on record.

¶2Heard Sri Dheeraj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for fair investigation pursuant to first information report dated 27.5.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 179 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Ghoorpur, District Prayagraj.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case final report no. 102 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023 has already been submitted.
