¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to demolish the illegal obstruction/construction (Chabutara) made by the respondent No.4 over the public pathway, which was constructed infront of the house of the petitioner forthwith."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that from the perusal of representation, it appears that petitioner has a dispute with private respondents and therefore, no such writ can be issued, as prayed by the petitioner, to settle the dispute with private respondents.

¶4In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.
