¶1Heard Sri Shambhavi Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.
¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 488 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, P.S. Dadri, District Gautambudhnagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner informed that as per his instructions in the present case final report has been submitted.
