This writ petition seeks quashing of the First Information Report dated 27.4.2023 giving rise to the Case Crime No. 129 of 2023, under Sections 302, 34, 506 IPC, Police Station Manduadeeh, District Varanasi. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and upon a perusal of the record, we find that the offence alleged in the impugned F.I.R. is of one u/s 302 I.P.C. which is a heinous offence, therefore, this Court is not inclined to even entertain the petition.
