¶1Heard Shri Sunil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 092 of 2023, under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Meerganj, District Jaunpur.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner, under the law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
