¶1Heard Sri Avanindra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 29.7.2023 registered as Case Crime no. 283 of 2023, under Sections 323, 354, 452, 506 IPC, P.S. Ubhaon, District Balllia. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition so as to enable the petitioners to avail the remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
