¶1Heard Sri Kashi Naresh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 4.10.2023 registered as Case Crime no. 479 of 2023, under Sections 323, 354, 504 IPC, P.S. Rorawar, District Aligarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 39 of 2023 dated 22.10.2023 has already been submitted.
