¶1Personal affidavit filed by S.D.M today is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶3The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of Mandamus directing to the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Kasimabad, District-Ghazipur (respondent no. 2 ) to decide the Case No. Nil of 2022 (Radhe Vs. Gaon Sabha and others) under Section 21/24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 03.01.2022, within stipulated time period."

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has stated on the basis of affidavit filed that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which were pending, has been decided by order dated

27.10.2023.

¶5No further orders are required to be passed in the matter as the grievance of the petitioner has been met with.

¶6In case the petitioner is aggrieved with the order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
