¶1The petitioner alleges that the respondents have taken possession of his land comprising of Plot Nos.382 and 383 without any formal acquisition and payment of compensation.

¶2Sri Rajeev Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner has to be examined by District Level Committee in terms of Government Order dated

12.05.2016.

¶3Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation alongwith true attested copy of the instant order before respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 will transmit the representation to the Committee for being decided in accordance with law after due notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also after carrying out survey of the land in dispute, within a period of twelve weeks from the date the representation is received by the Committee.
