¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the first information report dated 03.09.2021 in Case Crime No.0178 of 2021, under Sections-363, 366, 504, 506 IPC & Section-3(2)(va), 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) SC/ST Act, 2015, Police Station-Debrua, District-Siddharth Nagar.

¶3At the very outset, learned AGA has stated that the police after investigation has filed a final report in the matter exonerating the petitioners.

¶4In view of the statement made which is not being disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners, it is clear that nothing further is required to be done in the writ petition.
