The matter has been called out twice, but none has appeared on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition any more. He prays for the withdrawal of the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. The withdrawal application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
