¶1After making brief submissions, Sri Arvind Kumar Goswami, learned counsel for the appellants, prays for withdrawal of the instant appeal with liberty to the appellants to apply for recall of the order dated 8.12.2022 impugned herein, as it is alleged to be an ex-party order without granting any opportunity to the appellants to file counter affidavit.
