¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner by this petition seeks early disposal of the two suits being Original Suit No. 3 of 2010 and Original Suit No. 44 of 2010 that were consolidated by an order dated 13.11.2019 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Hasanpur, District Amroha in Original Suit No. 3 of 2010 (Ishwar Dayal Vs. Satish Kumar).

¶2It is stated that despite the testimony of the PW1 having been recorded, only temporary injunction is being extended by the trial court but the suit is not being decided.

¶3I have perused the order-sheet. It appears that the issues were framed on 7.9.2019 and the preliminary issues were decided on

17.9.2019.

¶4Under the circumstances, the trial court is required to proceed with the case without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediment.
