31.03.2023. Sri Praveen Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the Bank has informed that the property has also now been attached and the petitioner has approached the D.R.T. against the proceeding undertaken under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Learned counsel for the petitioner during the argument informed the Court that there were some other one time settlement scheme provided by the Bank which was currently in operation. If that is the case, the petitioner may approach the Bank for availing the benefit which was being provided by the Bank. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
