According to the petitioner, Respondent No. 4, Gram Pradhan of Village Ganeshpur, Post Sukhlalganj, District Jaunpur is involved in embezzelment of public money in all the development works done by him in the concerned village. It appears that the petitioner has already made a complaint before the District Magistrate but nothing has been done. Learned State counsel submits that after receiving the complaint, enquiry has already been done by the District Panchayat Raj Officer but nothing adverse has been found against the respondent no. 4. In view of above, petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to go through the provisions of Cr.P.C. and act in accordance with law.
