¶1Heard Shri Shiv Kumar Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Shri K.M. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.C. Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2Present writ petition with the prayer to command the respondents to transfer the amount of the second installment of PMAY-G as Rs.70,000/- in the correct Bank Account of the petitioner (bearing Account no.0624010004249, BOB Kishanpur, Fatehpur) within stipulated period.

¶3Shri S.C. Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel placed instruction dated 30.10.2023 sent by Project Director, District Village Development Authority, Fatehpur. The same is taken on record. On the strength of said instructions, he submits that the amount of Rs.70,000/- is already credited in the Account No.0624010004249, which is maintained by the petitioner, as such the grievance of the petitioner is already redressed and the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives.

¶4In view of above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Learned Standing Counsel may provide copy of instructions dated 30.10.2023 to counsel for the petitioner. Order Date :- 3.11.2023 A. Pandey High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
