Petitioner has raised claim for payment of leave encashment admissible to her deceased husband but till date decision has not been taken by the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has invited attention of this court towards the letter written by the Deputy Director, Department of Social Welfare, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, whereby he has directed the District Social Welfare Officer, Pratapgarh to make payment to the petitioner the amount due towards leave encashment as per law. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also invited attention of this court towards representation submitted by the petitioner to the Deputy Director, Department of Social Welfare, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj on 28.8.2023, whereby she has raised her claim for payment of leave encashment.
