¶1Learned counsel for petitioner after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that he is pressing only prayer no. 2 that the recall application filed by petitioner in Revision No. 2018530149000096 be decided expeditiously in a time bound manner.

¶2Aforesaid prayer is considered and this writ petition is disposed of with direction to Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mainpuri to decide recall application of petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today, if there is no legal impediment, taking note of judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt.
